This has got to be the simplest souffle to make. It is great as expected. I cook all kinds of foods and have a kitchen built to suit. Cooking is my hobby I love it but breakfast time and early morning are not good friends of mine. This recipe is so simple to make I can even cook it half asleep. To the bad review, try making sure you whip the eggs to a stiff peak, and gently folding in does not mean half mixed it means be gentle while mixing it up completely. I Love it Paula, you and Emril are my favs.

This has to be one of the easiest, most delicious souffle recipes ever. I have made it at least a half dozen times now, and everytime it comes out perfect.

This was horrible. I love cheese but this recipe was not very cheesey. It tastes horrible. I will not make this again. I followed the recipe to a T and it did not come out good. Nobody at my house enjoyed it. It almost seems like it is missing something.
