a lil strong on the sweet flavor....I usually cut it by half and lessen the worch. a bit too...I'm sure that changes the chemical reaction of the elements and thus the viscosity or something, but heck....its to my liking. DARN GOOD!

My husband loves spaghetti and meat sauce. We have it often and he always orders it when we go out, trying to find the perfect sauce. He said that this is the best spaghetti meat sauce that he has had in 30 years, it is more of a southern recipe. I make it in batches of 3 & 4 and freeze it. I highly recommend it for people on the go without a lot of prep time on the schedule. I use it in everything that calls for a salsa sauce also.

I'm used making spaghetti sauce the old fashioned way. This was easy to put together and taste great. My mom(75 yo told me not to change my recipe because I finally got it right. Thanks Paula

My husband and I love this spaghetti sauce. I no longer use the store bought canned sauce. I omit the bell pepper (I don't like bell peppers and substitute dried onion flakes for the onion (my husband doesn't like onions. This is the only recipe I turn to when we want spaghetti, I plan to make this for many years to come. Thanks Paula!

I used a cup of red white in place of the water. This is a very good thick sauce. The flavor and color were nice. My dad like this sauce more than my moms sauce.
