I have always been a fan of chicken salad with almonds. Paula's version is just yummy! The lemon juicy definitely adds a different flavor to the mayo.

I must say, this is the most wonderful, yet simple, chicken salad recipe I have ever made. Thank you so very much!!

I tried this chicken salad recipe and it's delicious and so quick and easy to prepare. My family raved about it too. Perfect alone or on bread or crackers. Great summer meal!

This recipe is really good. My husband LOVED it. I, on the other hand, like my chicken salad with apples, grapes, and pecans, but this is still EXCELLENT. Hopefully all the morons who can't read will go back and try to make this recipe with the correct amount of ingredients.

I served this over avocado slices sprinkled a little garlic salt over the avocado with some crackers... awesome!

I am a big chicken salad fan and I loved it. Adding lemon juice really makes all the difference. I did enjoy all the morons who posted reviews without reading the recipe properly. lol...

but not the best I've ever had. I have another recipe that calls for red grapes and pecans which I like better. Overall though, this is still a great chicken salad recipe.

The salad is easy to make and makes a great sandwich using croissants. I also add a tablespoon or two of ranch dressing to give the salad more flavor.

By far the best chicken salad I've ever had. I used light mayo and also added quartered grapes. It was a bit salty- I'll use half the amount of mayo next time.

I have never been a fan of chicken salad until I tried this recipie! The blend of flavors is perfect and it's such a pleasure to eat chicken salad that isn't drenched in mayo. I make this salad several times a month as it is perfect for lunch or dinner after a long day at work! Tip: don't ruin this by placing it on bread; instead, serve on lettuce or with cracked. Yum!
