This recipe turned out great! I did have more than 3 1/2 cups of chicken, so I added more celery, lemon juice, salt and mayo. I also decided to add fresh cracked pepper. It turned out really tasty served on a croissant. I would definitely recommend this recipe, just taste as you go and add more where you need to. Thanks Paula! Love ya.

I make this recipe for family picnics, Saturday lunches and simple summer dinners. DELICIOUS! Even the kids rave about it. I use "fat free mayo" and go a bit easy on the mayo portion but other than that, I follow the recipe as written.

This was a great chicken salad recipe. I poached the chicken and it was the perfect texture. Also added ~1/3 c. diced granny smith apples. Yum! Big hit at the party!

This was a great simple recipe for me to try and the first ever Chicken salad I have attempted to make. Everyone really enjoyed the fresh flavors. We enjoy it most on Ritz Sociables. I made it about 3 weeks ago and will be making it again tomorrow. Thanks for the great easy recipe Paula!

First time I ever made Chicken Salad that I really liked. More inportant, my husband liked it!! It is very basic and would adapt well to personal likes. Grapes, onion, boiled egg, pickles are things I intend to try in the future. Even better after being in the refrig. over night. Thanks, Paula

Good but I added golden raisins and would have added dried cherries or mandarin oranges if I had them.
