I followed the recipe except I used the Lemon Pepper rotisserie chicken from Publix to add more flavor and even my very picky son "wowwed" the end result! What wonderful texture and flavor! Yum!

I had my family vote between this chicken salad and another one I had made for a Baby Shower I am having. Your's won hands down! I will add a little red onion to give it a bite for the shower, but it is the best I have tried!!

Used a rotisserie chicken from the deli, my husband didn't liked the almonds, but he ate the next day before I got home for lunch. I also used fat free mayo!! Tonight I'm making Paula's cheese noodles.

This recipe is delightfully easy and tastes wonderful! I boiled my chicken breasts and diced them -- turned out great. The ingredients are those many people have on hand, so it's quick and simple to whip up. My husband and I had this salad for dinner and made Paula's Sour Cream Muffins as an accompaniment (we had to indulge a little!. Thanks, Paula!

This was simply yummy!! I followed the recipe except omitted the almonds and stuffed it into mini phyllo shells. I took to a baby shower at work and everyone raved and wanted the recipe. I told them it was on Paula's page and forwarded to all my friends. I love globs of mayo on everything but the 1/2 cup was just the right amount.
Thanks Paula for all your loving from the kitchen.

I like quite a bit of flavor, so after reading the reviews, I added red onion and ground pepper. It turned out great. I liked the crunchy texture. I will make it agin.

This recipe is so easy. My 6 yr. old son & I made this chicken salad & filled pita bread with it. My husband & son both agreed this was a delicious lunch.
