I made these danish for an office breakfast. Although I got a lot of compliments and requests for the recipe . . . I wasn't all that impressed with them. They were VERY easy to make (which is always nice ;- but I thought the dough was really lacking in flavor and the texture wasn't quite right. The filling was delicious though--very smooth and creamy. They also made a very attractive dish.
That being said, I would recommend that anyone serious about their danish skip this recipe and try another! The real deal may involve a little extra work but the reward is well worth the effort.

These are crowd pleaser and soooo easy. I made them for a brunch with my sewing friends. They never made it to the table. When they came out of the oven we stood around the pan and ate them all!!

I had this at a friends house, it tasted like a cheese danish, very very good.
Also, she said she put garlic and parm cheese in the cream cheese and used for garlic roll.

These were wonderful. I only used one can of crescent rolls which allowed a little extra for the filling. I substituted rum extract for the almond and used walnuts instead of the almonds, and also used vanilla extract in the glaze and they were awesome. I can't wait to make them again and experiment with some other flavors.
    Thank you Paula!!!!!
