    This is such a wonderful recipe! It was quick, easy, and so good. I was at first scared that there wouldn't be that much flavor, so I added extra black pepper and when I was finished, it was very flavorful and yummy! I definitely recommend it if you don't have much time to cook but still want something that tastes great.

    I decided to try this because I had everything on hand; this was a pleasant surprise since I am more a potato person. I will make this again and try different things with it but I think it was good just the way it is.

    I added a few more seasonings - some fresh garlic, pinch thyme, chopped fresh chives, and some broken vermicelli noodles. My husband loved this recipe and this will be a frequent dish on our table! Thank you to teh Deen brothers for a great recipe - G

    This was a nice change from ordinary rice and would go well with any meat. Did not have silvered almonds on hand so I used sliced and it came out fine. Will definitely make again. Did not add anyting extra but I agree with other reviewers that additions in this dish are welcomed and would compliment it.

    This was great! However, I didn't use the butter, since I have to watch my cholesterol...instead I put a little bit of olive oil in the pan to cook the onions. I also added some mushrooms & sweet peas! My husband really enjoyed it! YUM!
