    This recipe was my first attempt at any kind of pumpkin pie, not only did it turn out but it turned out great! Everyone said it was the best pumpkin pie they had ever had.

    I loved this pie! If you like apple butter and pumpkin, it's perfect! I made this a few years back and I put the cool whip over the whole thing. It was delicious!

    I wanted to make a holiday pie with a twist and this was it! I made this pie and took it into my office. Once it was cut, it disapeared within minutes. What a huge hit. And it was easy to make. I think my favorite thing about this recipe was how the apple butter lightened the consistency of the pie. Pumpkin pies are usually heavy and rich. The apple flavor was a nice change too. I will definitely make this pie again.

    I like a pumpkin pie to look pretty and orange. The apple butter made it dark and brownish. The flavor was just okay for me.

    This recipe was so simple and a big hit with my family! The apple butter provides such full flavor to the pumpkin pie without being overwhelming. I'll definitely make this again and again!

    The apple butter adds a slightly different flavor to a traditional pumpkin pie. It's a little sweet, but the apple isn't overwhelming, so it's very good if you are a little tired of the same old thing every year. The only down side is that it leaves a lot less apple butter to put on your biscuits!
