    I'm a huge fan of apple butter and found some great stuff from a local orchard. It was perfect for this recipe.

    The applebutter and pumpkin are a perfect match and provide a heavenly flavor that is very pleasing to the palate. I recommend this pie over ordinary pumpkin pie.

    This is my first from-scratch pie, and it's easy to prep and easier to bake. Not so easy to wait until it's cool to take a bite, though!

    I saw Paula make this over the weekend and since I am making a pumpkin pie for turkey day, I thought I'd give it a try. The only change I made was in the spices. I used the amounts called for on the back of the Libbey's pumpkin can, brought it to work today and got rave reviews. I think if I do make it again, I'll use 1/2 cup apple butter and 1 1/2 cups pumpkin.

    THIS RECIPE WAS THE EASIEST AND BEST PUMPKIN PIE I EVER MADE. THE APPLE BUTTER BRING A FLAVOR THAT IS JUST PERFECT FOR PUMPKIN PIE.
