I made this for Thanksgiving a couple years back, and it tastes horrible! I thought everyone was going to love it when I made it but it was horrible. My mom is the only person who liked it but she didn't wear her teeth when she ate it, so she must not have got the full flavor.

I'd probably halve the sweet bread (or replace it completely with another bread to get the consistency a little more up to par, but delicious. I added sausage. Yummm!

I added a pound of ground sausage to this recipe.. To me it made it perfect! My family had nothing but good things to say about it. The coloring and flavor is amazing. They asked me to make it for Christmas Eve as well..

Well, this recipe was OK. My family liked it but I would not fix it again. I would much rather have a regular stufing, kinda like stove top stuffing in the box. I think it was the Hawiian sweet bread and cinnamon that gave it a different and unusual taste. When I made it I also only used 2 eggs instead of 3 and left out the red pepper. I also only used 1 1/2 granny smith apples.

This did not taste good at all. Too mushy lacking flavor will not make again, although I love Paula's recipe's, sorry I won't be making this again.

I made this for the first time to take to the in-laws Christmas Dinner. I was nervous because the ingredients were unique. The hint of cinnamon and the flavor of the bell pepper were amazing! To keep the stuffing from being too moist or soggy, I made the toasted cubes pretty large. It worked perfectly. I guess you need to be a true foodie to appreciate this recipe. I will be making it tonight for our New Year's Eve dinner. Thank you, Paula!

Personally I don't like stuffing. However, because I'm in the minority, I made it. It was a huge hit with my family. They absolutely loved it and I plan on making it again. I think next time I'm going to tweak it a bit by putting in a little less apple and, perhaps, one less egg to make it a little firmer.

    Another great recipe by Paula!!!
