    Very good, just as written. 2nd time, I left out the mustard and used curry powder--still incredibly good with those apples, etc.! Paula does need to know that the correct term for Jack isn't 'made a noise'--it's, "Oops! I stepped on a frog!" Kids love that one--which my old man came up with. Of course, this is just for boys--everyone knows southern women or girls don't sweat, they 'glow', and they don't step on frogs. They STAND NEXT TO some uncouth person, WHO DOES. Tsk, tsk.

    Absolutely fantastic! Can't wait to make this for other family members when we all get together over Thansgiving..I also cut up potatoes, rolled in melted butter, and placed around the roast..They browned up gorgeous and picked up some of that apple flavor..Hubby and I both went to heaven eating this roast, and so very simple to make!

    We give it a 10+...
