I thought this was the best artichoke dip I've ever tasted. We, my coworkers, had a party and we each brought something. One of the girls doubled this recipe and brought many bread pieces and various crackers to dip. It was AWESOME!!!! Everyone at the party tasted it. Each person came one by one into the kitchen to try it because everyone was talking about it. Great Job Paula!!!!

This is the best artichoke recipe that I have ever tried. My family devoured it and keeps begging me to make it again.

A little rich, definitely double the artichokes. I substituted carmelized sweet onions for the leeks and it was perfect. Next time I might reduce the mayo and sour cream, and try adding some spinach. A nice base recipe to tweek and make your own.

I made this twice. The second time I made some changes. The artichokes got lost in all the creaminess so the second time I cut the mayo, sour cream and cream cheese in half for the one can of artichokes. Obviously it didn't make as much but I thought the artichokes to creaminess ratio was much better. I also thought it was a little bland so the second time I added a spoonful of a dry ranch dressing mix and it was a lot better. Everyone loved the second version much better than the first.
