    I prepared this reciepe for Father's day and it went over well with Fried chicken and greens and corn bread. I made it the day before and served it cold. However I tasted it hot and it was fabulous.

    WHY do these dunces put one star and say "can't print out recipe"..this skews the rating system and people think there's something wrong with the recipe.

    I prepared this as a cold salad and it was a big hit! I wasn't sure how it would turn out with all the different ingredients, but it was delicious with lots of flavor.

    This salad is absolutely excellent. I have made it several times, since I first saw it aired (on my birthday 12/30. I even entered it in a recipe contest at work, and won. Thanks Paula for another wonderful recipe.

    I have taken this dish to an office potluck a couple of times and I always receive compliments. I change it up a little. I omit the bell pepper, green onions and green olives. I use already cooked shrimp and add them just as the rice is done. Very easy and satifying dish!!!

    This recipe was extremely easy and since I was not accustomed to using artichokes in my cooking, this was a good beginner recipe.

    I love this salad. I prefer to leave out the olives and just use them as a garnish. I served to a group of friends for lunch and they all raved about it.
