I had this dish at a party and had to find it right away. It was so delicious and so popular, the dish was gone within minutes. Excellent flavor and tastes great! I cannot believe the bad reviews, these people have NO TASTE!

I was not sure about this one (I always thought I wouldn't like curry. This was fantastic. Being a salt person the green olives were right up my alley.

After seeing the recipe yesterday, I ran right out to buy the ingredients. Made it for lunch today. OK...too much curry. I would suggest that if you don't LOVE curry that you have the measurement. If you can get past the curry (which is VERY strong, the other ingredients seem to be very tasty.

I make this recipe into a hot casserole topped with cheese and it always gets raves! My partner loves it so much I made it twice in a row - one night with shrimp and the next night with chicken. Easy and delicious.

There are much better shrimp salad recipes on this site. Not sure you should start with this one.

In atlanta we have usta and alta both organized leagues for tennis. This is always a HUGE hit with the teams. I have served it both hot and cold and everyone likes it even if they aren't a fan of curry.

I served this as a hot casserole and my family agreed it's a keeper. Only found rice and pasta mix in 5.6 oz pkg. so recipe only served 4. Next time will use more rice, double the sauce mixture (which was very good and try it as a cold salad.

This was very easy to make and tasted great warm. The curry really gives it a Moroccan flavor I was not expecting. The recipe does not say to fold in the artichoke quarters, but Paula did on the show.
    Definitely worth your time.

I have been making this recipe for over 15 years!!! It is fantastic and has always brought rave reviews. You can serve it as a side with sandwhiches or a nice pork roast. I am not a curry fan so I have always left out that ingredient. Hope you try it and enjoy it as much as we do.
