    A nice recipe when you need something green but don't have a lot of time. The only problem I had was I did not cut enough of the stem off and it left them a little tough. My fault not the recipes!

    I have always had an aversion to fresh asparagus since we had to eat it as children out of my great-grannies garden, but when I watched your episode on healthy cooking I immediately tried this recipe. WOW! I have started eating more fresh veggies and have TIVO'd your program so I don't miss anymore outstanding ideas. Thanks a bunch. Mina Jo

    My 12 yr old daughter enjoyed this one! We had friends over for dinner and before they could have seconds, my daughter finished off the remaining, with asking of course! LOL

    I enjoyed this asparagus recipe along with grilled shrimp. Interestingly, I liked the asparagus even more when I ate it the next day (left over.

    I personally do not eat veggies, but I made this for my husband and I even tried it and it tasted "pretty good" to me and he loved. Just a bit to much lemon, was the only input next to "make it again!". Thank you Paula! Next will be the Peanut Butter cookie:

    I've made this dozens of times, and I feel like I don't need to try any more asparagus recipes!

    It takes 5 minutes to make, total, and you feel like you're eating outdoors at a great restaurant.

    I've also done the same thing with green beans--fantasic too.
