This really is the easiest way to make fabulous, almost no-fail asparagus. Will make this again and again.

I love asparagus and eat it all the time. Usually I just boil it and have it plain or with a pat of butter, but the addition of the lemon makes a delicious alternative for a bit of variety. Very easy to make too.

I loved this! I preferred to stay on the shorter side of the cooking time--the asparagus comes out crisp and maintains its beautiful green color. An easy and healthy addition to any meal.

This is an excellent and simple way to prepare asparagus. Very lemony and buttery. I used to only cook asparagus one way, boil for 10 minutes and eat unsauced. Now I will cook them with this recipe and love it!

I hate asparagus! Now with that said. I have to tell you this is what I use to say UNTIL I tried this recipe. I now eat asparagus, actually like it and find myself buying it more often. This recipe was great - I did cook the asparagus a little longer (about 5 minutes - I prefer it a little softer than the original recipe called for. Thanks to Paula Dean - I will now eat healthier!
