    Tried this cheesecake recipe and was delicious. Very easy to make. Best homemade cheesecake I've ever made. I recommend this recipe for anyone even if you are a beginner. Want to impress someone, this is the recipe to use. Yummy.....wow!

    some complained about the praline topping. If you over cook this you will wind up
    with brittle. Apparently some people have never made brittle, otherwise they would
    know that this topping should not be over cooked. Maybe Paula should have told
    her viewers this as some are not experienced cooks. My family loved this recipe
    and i will be making it again.

    This cheesecake is delicious! If you're not planning on serving the entire cake at one time, just drizzle some of the praline topping over each slice, then store the topping at room temperature for the leftovers. If you refrigerate the topping it will become very hard. To serve leftovers, simply microwave the topping for 10-15 seconds, stir and drizzle - YUM YUM

    I was very disappointed in this cheesecake especially after watching her make it on TV. The cheesecake filling was not enough and the praline sauce became HARD on top after it cooled! I was so upset with this recipe as I always believed in Paula's recipes.

    My first attempt at baking a cheesecake. The recipe was easy for me and tasted good. The Praline Topping was a bit too sweet for my taste. Next time I'll just do the cheesecake w/o the topping. Thank you Paula for helping me walk thru my first attempt!

    This cheesecake was delicous...I suppose you have to cut into as soon as you ladle the praline topping on it. Don't let it sit!!!! It will harden in minutes and you won't be able to cut it! Again, still deliciou...just dificult to eat!
