    I made this cheesecake and it taste wonderful However after reading some of the reviews on this I realized I must have cooked the praline topping to long, because after it sit in the fridge all night I couldn't cut it. I told my husband he better get out the chain saw for this one....LOL! We finally did get it cut and it was delious....I will try this again and try not to over cook the praline. I just love Paula's recipes!!

    This is a really good cheesecake! I am really happy that it turned out, because usually my recipes crash and burn, but it turned out really good. A great holiday dish too!

    Made this for 4th of July and it tasted great. It did crack which was probably from me over beating it.

    I must not have done something right because it was terrible. I had to cook it 10 mins longer than the max recommended and it was still soupy but the top was almost too dard... The praline topping was good but no one would eat the cheesecake. It tasted too clumpy and soupy....

    Best cheese cake I have ever made. However, had to put the praline topping on the side. I found the topping to be too sweet.

    I have tried this two different times. First time using the topping listed here, but it was too hard. Second time I used pecan ice cream topping and pancake syrup as the topping: Much better the second time around.
