Our family usually enjoys all the recipes we get from this show. Unfortantly this meatloaf as very dissapointing. It was very mushy and just tasted like tomato paste. Four people all say a no go with this one. Not sure what happened

This is excellent, even though there is one problem.

I agree with almost all of the reviews. The meatloaf is savory and sweet and oh so yummy.

Unfortunately it doesn't hold its shape.

I substituted shallots for the onions and agree that I'll add garlic to my next one and probably another 1/2 cup of oats to help it keep its mold.

And I would use this mix for stuffed peppers in a heart beat.

    Try it--adjust it.

Very flavorful. It turned out super moist and in the future I would consider using this recipe to stuff peppers or in cabbage rolls. I served the meatloaf along side yams and green beans. My husband loved the comforting meal.

I thought it was super easy and delicious! I didn't put nearly the amount of tomato paste called for in it. I had a tube of tomato paste and I just squeezed it until I had the consistency I wanted. I've never used oatmeal; I always use the toasted bread crumbs in a can, but I liked it. It could have used a bit of garlic. The glaze on top was great! I'll make this again.

This was DELICIOUS! I didn't have any oats on hand, so I used Panko bread crumbs instead. I also added some garlic. The glaze was so simple and SO good, I made extra. Will definately make this again, thanks Paula!

This was very good, I usually make mine with stuffing mix instead of oatmeal but overall it was good.

Easy & tastes wonderful!! I used gluten free Panko crumbs instead of the oatmeal. Will make again!

Easier than my old recipe! A new revival to an old family favorite. Thanks Aunt Peggy and Paula!
