Fabulous! I needed a new way to prepare Ham steak and this is it! Easy and most importantly it's Delicious. I will make it on a regular base's. Just may try using peaches or apples in the future. Thanks Paula.

I watched this episode again today and was wrong about Paula and Aunt Peggy covering the orange glazed ham dish with foil when they baked it. The foil worked fine when I baked mine so it's good either way. I would think that the ham steaks would brown more if not covered while cooking. I will be making this dish again this week since we enjoyed it so much the first time.

Family recipes are the best! This was delicious and very easy to make. I poured all the sauce over the ham steak and covered the pan with foil while it cooked like Paula did in the show. During the last 20 minutes of cooking I took the foil off and basted the ham with the glaze in the pan a couple of times. I also baked some potatoes in the oven at the same time. My husband and I loved the orange sauce! It was good with the cooked sliced carrots I also served. I think this sauce would be tasty on chicken or pork also. This recipe will go in my recipe box to make again and again!
