Made this for Thanksgiving. Easy recipe to follow but far too sweet for me!!! All of my guests loved it- so it is a toss up. Serve as a dessert and you will be fine!

I really loved this recipe. I did not change much. Added a little less sugar than the recipe calls for, but that is it.

This recipe is a HUGE hit! My family and friends request it all the time. I also add the zest of an orange and 2 tbsp grand marnier which takes it over the top! I love this recipe!

This recipe is totally awesome, elegant and scrumptious. Since I started serving it on Thanksgiving last year, even those who used to put their noses up to the traditional sweet potato dishes, loved it and couldn't get enough of it. A ten! Love you Paula, I make so many of your dishes and they are always easy and delish.

I got raving reviews. IT WAS BEYOND DELICIOUS, sooooo much better than the raisin and marshmallow kind! I did add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and cooked if or about 45 min total.

Wow. This was the hit of my New Year's Day dinner. I cut back a little on the sugar in the potatoes. I used sweet potatoes, but added one yam into the mix for the orange color and because I accidentally picked up a yam with my sweet potatoes. Will definitely make this again.

OMG! This recipe is one of my weaknesses. So delicious and super easy. My office raves about it every time I make it. I like to add a little bourbon for flavor, but this recipe is PERFECT. ...Adjust the sugar to taste, but I am all about eating this one as a dessert! Thanks Aunt Peggy and Paula!
