Too sweet! a few bites were delicious but any more than that is just too much. Everyone only ate a few bites and the rest were left overs. Cut out some sugar and it would be oh so tasty!

5 stars......thanks for making me a "star" at the family thanksgiving table! That souffle is a delicious forkful of yummy goodness, bite after bite. Its very very easy to make, I substituted candied nuts, which sweetened the pot just a little. If you want food that satisfies an entire crowd, trust Paula. Im doing her christmas ham and I can't wait! Thanks Paula, thanks Aunt Peggy, you are now a tradition up here in snowy upstate New York!

Thank you Paula and Aunt Peggy for sharing your sweet potato souffle recipe! I was really surprised at how wonderful it turned out and served it for Thanksgiving Dinner...even my father who considers himself the "sweet potato king" asked for the receipe! This is definitely a keeper...thanks again!

Absolutely devine! Really yummy. My sister-in-law prepared this with her daughter and it was a hit for Thanksgiving Dinner. You may want to cut down a little on the brown sugar though as it comes out a bit sweet. The whole family loved it and I will definately be adding this one to my collection for use in the near future - say Christmas...

I am not a sweet potato fan, so every year I try a new recipe. This was the "hit" of the Thanksgiving dinner.. I could not find self rising cake flour, so i subbed with Bisquick..was just fine Also, a bit sweet, so I may cut down on the brown sugar a bit.. This recipe is a definite keeper and will be a permanent dish for my Thanksgiving from now on.. Thanks Aunt Peggy and Paula

Good but too much brown sugar, I'll use half the brown sugar next time.

I've made this every year for about 10 yrs now. I didn't get it from Aunt Peggy or Paula, but from my sister. Regardless, it's the same recipe and it is delicious!
