I'm not a big sweet potato fan; but let me tell you EVERYONE raved about this dish. It was sooooo good. This will definitely be on our Thanksgiving table every year and then some. Thank you Paula for sharing this. My son couldn't stop talking about it....

Using baked sweet potatoes made a difference. Although using yams in this recipe was great using Aunt Peggy's was beyond delicious!!!! She put her big toe in this one. Everyone raves about this recipe.

Made it the first time for Thanksgiving 2010 and the family all agreed it should be on the permanent Thanksgiving menu! It is too rich a dish for everyday but perfect for the Holidays.

I made it for a Christmas Party last year and it was a huge hit. It will be my go-to recipe for the "Holidays" from now on. Thank you Paula!

I tried this recipe last Thanksgiving and now have 3 requests for it to be served this year. It is very sweet and I am going to use some alternate sugar substitutes this year. Our whole family loved this and got an AWESOME rating.

Cut the sugar?! Are you serious!! It's the holiday's folks. While I don't suggest eating like this daily, this one ranks as high as the "red" Kool Aid in the refrigerator!!! Gotta have it! It was easy and the hit of our Easter menu. It will certainly show up again on our dinner table!
