It's not a holiday meal without this casserole on the table. I have been making this for years. This is the dish that everyone goes back for seconds, no matter how full:

My daughter brought this for our Thanksgiving dinner and it was great! I have just printed my copy and plan to prepare this for our Christian Women Prayer Connection. Thanks Paula.

Our Thanksgiving table was great with Aunt Peggy's Sweet Potato Souffle. I had to promise to make it for Christmas too.

I made this sweet potato recipe for thanksgiving....I believe it should be made exactly as written before it is reviewed. It turned out fabulous! The next time I wouldn't change one thing...even my family who turns their noses up when sweet potatoes are mentioned, tried a little and went back for more...they loved it also! I will be making it often, thanks for sharing Peggy and Paula!

Yuuuummmmyyyy!! I used less sugar, 3/4 cup brown, but still needs less, like 1/2 to 2/3. Very sweet and tastes really more like dessert than a side dish (not that there's anything wrong with that!

Saw Paula making this on her show and thought it looked interesting. Stuck to the recipe except I left out the pecans and it was declicous. I knew that about half my guests weren't big fans of sweet potatoes but everybody ate it and raved about how good it was. Will be on the thanksgiving menu from now and and easy enought to make for other informal dinners as well. Great recipe!!
