Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado, peeled and mashed with 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash cayenne pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Chill and serve.

    Paula, Paula, Paula, Yum, Yum, Yum!! This dressing is fantasitc. I used a whole avocado but cut all other ingredients in half... and used lowfat buttermilk instead of sour cream since that's what I had on hand and I love buttermilk in salad dressings. Thick, creamy and soooo good. Will use this for everything now. May just eat it with a spoon :-)Read more

    it was super easy to make. i didnt have sour cream so i used ranch salad dressing instead. the dressing was a little bland... and i added more garlic, and pepper and it was good. next time i will use 2 avocados instead of one. other wise, yum! Read more
