This dish was a huge disappointment =( Meatloaf is my husband's favorite and I thought will all of the tasty ingredients this recipe called for (about $15 worth of bacon and cheese mmm this would be an amazing to-die-for twist, NOT! My husband wouldn’t even eat seconds and we threw it out. The bacon (although I cooked very crispy did not stay that way, so it had a chewy texture that was gross. Overall I expected to be blown over with taste due to all of the tasty ingredients this called for and honestly I have never tasted anything so bland in my entire life! The texture was mushy and the loaf had absolutely no taste!!!

Love it!! No more traditional meatloaf....this is always the family favorite now : Sometimes I do a few twists...to change it up, but you don't need to, it's wonderful!!

My family used to hate meatloaf until I made this one. It is the best meatloaf. I have made this several times. It never gets old. Thanks Paula!!! I love your recipes.

This meatloaf was amazing. My boyfriend is a bacon fanatic so when I found this recipe I knew he would love it. I followed the recipe almost exactly the only thing i changed was the mayonnaise for Lite Miracle Whip. Definately will make this many times in the future!!

This is good, but with some changes. I used half the amount of bacon and cheese called for. And you certainly don't need to add any extra salt, so I omit that. This is a good and different meatloaf.

This meatloaf was so good...After cooking the bacon, i used the bacon grease and mixed it with the meat. I know that was a high cholestrol choice but it was delicious

This meatloaf turned out horrible. I think it may be the worst meatloaf I have ever eaten. It wasn't that it really tasted bad, but it was just too much. It turned out all mushy because the recipe calls for way too much cheese. I should have known better when I saw the recipe called for mayonnaise. This just added too much fat too it, I can't even stand mayonnaise on a burger. The fried onions just didn't go well with the flavor either. The biggest complaint was the texture. Although it tasted good, it left me and everyone who ate it feeling sick and disgusting after eating it.

This meatloaf is awesome! I use to make old fashioned meatloaf but not any more!
