I don't even like meatloaf and I thought this was wonderful. I made it into 2 mini loafs. That way, we had leftovers for my husbands lunch the next day and he was pleased to eat it again!

This is my first review and my first Paula recipe. My hubby and I saw the recipe and he said - let's try it. Well, while it was okay, it was very bland/flavourless. I think if I make it again I'll add onions to the mix - just to give it a little umph. We had leftovers which were much improved when served with a good squirt of ketchup. Oh dear, my next will be the Sybil Cake - wish me luck!

I tried the Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf for my husband's birthday dinner this evening and the whole family just ate it all up and begged for more! Next time, I'll have to at least double the recipe. I'm wondering if Paula has considered hiding a nice crispy dill pickle in the center of that bad boy? Our family insists on dill pickles with their cheeseburgers!

This was very easy to make and it tasted great. Put a couple of slices of bread under the met loaf to soak up the grease, the recipe didn't say to but it was on the show.

That was the worst meatloaf I ever had. It sounded and looked good when Paul was making it but what a disappointment. I'll stick with my onion soup/stewed tomatoes meatloaf.

This is the best cow has ever tasted! I crisped up the bacon real good and added some of the bacon grease to the cheese mixture. The loaf had to cook about 20 min more than the recipe stated, maybe because my loaf was more of a ball. I used spicy ketcup in the topping and that added more kick to the loaf. It was AWESOME! I will make again.
