After seeing Paula prepare this one on the show, I fixed it for my family. Everyone loved it, and I loved how different and easy it was! I threw all of the ingredients in my KitchenAid mixer, and it mixed it so that I didn't have to get my hands dirty! With ingredients that I keep around the house, this one will definitely be a family favorite!

This is excellent!!! A ton of flavor & takes no time to make at all. my husband made it last night & there wasn't an ounce left for leftovers.
Highly recommend making!!

This is the best Meatloaf recipe. I used 96% lean beef and it still was very moist. It was great leftover cold or hot.

This recipe is a keeper. My husband and daughter (who is a picky eater loved this dish. I saw a review that complained about the consistency and the "pink" bacon. It appears that person did not cook the bacon first as the recipe indicates. If you do that, this is a great alternative to both meatloaf or hamburgers and a great winter "comfort food"!

This just didn't happen for me...I think that I could taste the mayo and it gave it a weird aftertaste for me. Won't make again.

We are not meatloaf fans but this dish won us over. It is very juicy unlike the brick-like meatloaf you've had before. I used the leanest ground beef, packaged bacon pieces, and placed slices of bread underneath the loaf to absorb run off - WOW!

Paula Deen is my hero!!!! I love her and all her recipes. This meatloaf is no different. My husband is the pickiest eater you will find. Hes loves this meatloaf and every other Home cooking recipe I tried. The meatloaf was very moist, and juicy. It really does taste like a bacon cheeseburger.
