That I'm not embarassed to serve! This came out so moist and flavorful, and even the leftovers were yummy. I used the leanest ground beef and 2% cheese to cut back on calories a fat a bit, but this is worth the indulgence. It's true comfort food

A nice quick tasty recipe made with things most everyone has on hand at all times! The kids love it (especially mixing and squishing it around in their hands Serves and fills our family of 6--but everyone still has room for our homemade choco chip cookies, of course!

I tried this recipe a few nights ago for my family and everyone LOVED it. It's truly the answer to the winter blues! And it was so easy to make.

I liked this meatloaf but it wasn't as good as Ina Garten's turkey meatloaf in my opinion. I'll make it again and we'll enjoy it but it won't be in the permanent meal rotation. I think I'll add onions and see if that does anything next time.

This recipe was so delicious, my three boys loved it. They are not big on left over, but this they devour. Good job Paula.

Paula, I absolutely love your show! I set my DVR and record every one. I love the way you cook, because you aren't fancy, just good ol' every day cookin' with ingredients anyone can find at their local grocer. And yet, something always new and different! Love it! I'm 69 years old and have done lots of cooking but was never very good with meatloaf. It was good one time and not so hot the next. I always had trouble getting the consistency the same. I made this one today and it was just perfect. I had watched you do it on the show so I did the bread in the pan. I'm a Southerner too and I love your way with words (Yep, we call it sweet milk down here, too! Keep on cookin', Sugar!

Since I'm trying to cut carbs, I left out the breadcrumbs and used a low carb steak sauce and low carb ketchup in this. Also cut back the french fried onions a bit....

....but it was WONDERFUL! Moist, tasty.... very, very much a keeper! This got raves from everyone and will be made again!

This definitely taste like bacon cheeseburger. I used turkey in lieu of ground beef & my family could not tell. Warning: DO NOT over cook!!!! I did and while the taste is still pretty good, the texture is not what it could be.
