I thought it was very good. It's different and I like that. I get tired of the same old food. It was a great dish. That was the first time that I've ever used french fried onions. I thought they were good on it.

My family loved biting into to this and finding the bacon. Simple and very tasty.

This is the first time I made a recipe of Paula's that my family and I didn't like. This had too much of a bacon taste and not enough of a meatloaf taste. It just wasn't for us, but others may enjoy the taste. To each his own, right?
    Thanks.

Very easy and quick to make. Cooking the bacon was the biggest time consumer. Very delicious, but I will be asking our local cardiologist for a bird dog fee after taking this to our church pot luck dinner. This can't be good for us. Oh well, its so good its worth it once in a while.

I love Paula but this recipe was not nearly as good as I expected it to be. The meatloaf was incredibly salty even without the bacon. Neither my husband nor I enjoyed it and we ended up throwing it out.

This meatloaf was so good even though I left out the bacon because I did not have any. It was such a wonderful change for the traditional meatloaf. I will definitely make it again and add the bacon.

Paula, this is THE BEST meatloaf I have EVAH fixed! I went a little wild on the mayo but my God it's FABULOUS! I will make this for my boyfriend and his mama. You know, a way to a man's heart is through his stomach, and this dish oughta clinch it! From one southerner to another, keep having fun and doing your thing, girl! I love you!

This is the absolute best recipe for meat loaf I have ever tried. I saw Paula make this on her show, and since I had all the ingredients on hand I decided to make it that night for dinner. My family absolutely loved it and licked their plates clean! This will now replace my old meat loaf recipe that I have used for years (sorry Mom, but thank you Paula! One thing the recipe doesn't mention that Paula did on the show was to line the baking pan with slices of bread and place the meat loaf on top then bake. The break soaks up all the fat and worked really great.

After watching Ms. Paula whip this up one Saturday afternoon, I went to the store and made it at home that very night. Brace yourself when tasting this for the first time, it will knock your socks off.
