I have made these bacon-wrapped bread sticks twice so far...once for a holiday office party and once for guests on Christmas Day. Everyone loved them. They were an instant success. There are minimal ingredients, very little prep work, and you will "wow" friends and guests in a snap!

I sent this in for my son's school during Teacher Appreciation Week. They loved it and thank goodness I provided the recipe. Everyone took a copy home with them.

I made these this weekend but reg bacon didn't cook and warped the bread sticks, so used ready bacon which is precooked, wrapped it around the breadstick, placed on a papertowel lined dish, and microwaved for 1-2 minutes! worked GREAT! I sprinkled parm cheese and garlic salt on before cooking, then more parm cheese when they came out of the microwave. let cool.....eat! these were quick, easy, impressive looking appetizers that were also very yummy!

I served these at my holiday party this weekend and they were the hit of the party. I do recommend that you sprinkle the parmesan as opposed to dip the sticks in the cheese (I did them this way for the party. That way the cheese taste is not too overwhelming. Great appetizer!!!

I made these with turkey bacon. Excellent. Because there is less fat the bread sticks even stayed a little crunchy. Even tasted good from the refrigerator the next day. Good bring-along snack for parties because they are good cold. I use garlic, onion, sesame and plain breadsticks.
