This is the first time I have made something of Paula's and it won't be the last. I could not find trout so I used halibut....YUMMY! My husband does not care for fish and even he thought it was great and said he could have it again soon. We also made the cornbread from this show and it was the best we ever had. Thank you Paula

This is an easy, healthy way to serve fish. We used catfish and followed the recipe. My only suggestion is that the fillets should be salt and peppered to taste before adding the breadcrumb mix, or add the salt and pepper to the breadcrumb mix. Baking time was right on and it was great served with a Cajun tarter sauce. Thanks, Carole in Orlando

I was disappointed but I had to use cod because I couldn't find bass. I'll try it again using the right fish to see if it has anymore taste.

This recipe needed more flavor. It smelled good while baking but the flavor just was not there. I would suggest adding salt to this recipe.
