Delicious! I added sliced bananas in between the layers. My family loved it!

Fun and easy! I used english toasting bread instead of french bread, 1 cup of cream and 1 1/2 cups of milk, and made only half the praline mixture. Baked it for one hour and it was PERFECT! Big hit on New Year's morning.

Decadent and delicious breakfast casserole for our new year's day brunch. I used about 1.25 sticks of butter for the topping because that's all I had on hand - and it came out fine. I used 1 T. corn syrup and 1 T. maple syrup in the topping and served extra maple syrup on the side, which no one seemed to need. Make sure you cut your bread in thick slices because there's a lot of custard to be absorbed. I might use slightly less of the egg mixture next time.

Wonderful! My husband said it was the best breakfast I'd ever made : So yummy and fairly easy. Hands on time was very light. I think it will become a holiday tradition.

Paula!!! What can I say? You made my friends really happy this New Years Day! Although this recipe is uber-sweet, it will make another appearance in about six months.

We will be making this every Christmas morning from now on!! It was wonderful and the Praline topping was amazing! Had a little left over and heated it up the next day and it was just as good!

I was so excited to make this after reading the reviews.. and it was good but definitely soggy and eggy at the bottom. I didnt have pecans so i used walnuts. I might try and make it again.
