I LOVE this recipe. I cook this for my family once a week. In an interesting, yet unrelated turn of events, my whole family was just diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Luckily we have Paula new drug to save us! Long live butter!

Well done. If you will watch the video you will see that once again, the person writing the recipe has goofed. She only put one tablespoon of butter per potato. All total 1-half stick of butter is needed for all four potatoes. Be aware: Watch the video, if there isn't a video, I will not use the recipe, because I have encountered this mess up with the transcription of the recipe too many times.

If I could, I would give this zero stars. Half a stick of butter per potato, i.e. per serving? Give me a break. To call this a recipe is ridiculous. Be creative, Paula, don't just douse it in butter.
