Made this for the first time last night and it was incredible! An explosion of flavors and a simple way to jazz up the baked potato. Had the leftovers for lunch today. Definitely give this a try!

Due to my husbands health, I had to cut the good stuff (bacon and chedder cheese, however I added a smaller amount of mozzerella and some parmesan to give it a little kick and it was wonderful. Even our picky 3 year LOVED IT! Thank you Paula.

On welfare, 4 little ones, this was a memorable favorite with Leslie, rum tum tiddy on toast!Good ole tomatoe and cheese combination on toast, reminicent of pizza and in the 60's most of us did not know how to make a pizza crust! Before Julia Child and Madeleine Kamman, most of us could not
fluently duplicate favorite restruant favorites as we now do with ease.Betty Crocker was our cookbook, Joy of Cooking was for the privaledged!
