Make a day ahead and this casserole will taste better. I used fresh shrimp(25, partially cooked then cut up into chunks and lump crabmeat 8 ozs. which provides outstanding taste compared to canned. Try a red pepper (1/4 cup instead = greater flavor. I reduced the onion (1/4 cup and the mayonnaise (1/2 cup or less. Also, I added a little lemon juice and cayenne to the mayonnaise. Saved a step by using "one sleeve" of Keebler Buttery Club Crackers, crushed.

This recipe was excellent. I am not a real big fan of canned seafood, so I used fresh crab meat and fresh shrimp. I added some mozerella cheese and instead of cracker crumbs, I used kellogs corn flakes that were sauteed in butter. It was the hit of the party...Thanks

This is such an easy recipe and looks gorgeous served from a lovely baking dish. I put sliced lemons and a sprig of celery leaf on top to serve. I really think it is better cold, oddly enough and might change the green pepper to red or yellow for color.I loved the crispiness of the vegetables. Thanks Paula! Can rely on you every time so far. Love y'all!

Very easy and full of flavor. I put it over a fresh bed of spring mix with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar and a tiny bit of ranch dressing, oh it was scrumptius.

I have made this several times using fresh and canned shrimp. Each time it came out a little watery, even when I drained the can seafood. The first time I made it my husband liked it, but it is not one of his favorite
