So easy to prepare. Personally, I prefer to use red pepper for color and sweetness.
I had a luncheon of women and what a hit! Beautiful dish, light and refreshing on a warm spring day.
    Thanks Paula!

This recipe was great, I used canned crab and canned shrimp and it was great. It is just as good cold with crackers as an appertizer as it is hot. We actually preferred it cold.

this salad is ridiculously simple to make and it makes a great alternative to bored old tuna salad. It's even better when cold , served over a bed of lettuce . I like to go easy on the crackers otherwise i find it tastes a bit too overpowering.
thank you for another hit paula!

Paula this was an easy and outstanding dish. 5 stars is not enough. I used fresh shrimp, crab and i added fresh sauteed scallops and a little old bay seasoning.

Watched Paula make this today, and thought might as well make ourselves.
Right again, Paula. Quick and very easy. We used fresh Shrimp and it just needs to cook 7 min longer. It was great.
The leftovers we added cheese on top and reheated....Yummy Yummy.

My husband and I tried this and it was not something that will stick in my mind as something that i would fix to serve again. Was kind of dry and even though i rinsed the canned shrimp, it left a funny aftertaste.
