I left off the bread crumbs and did not bake. It was wonderful as a cold salad or served on crackers. I had to share this with my neighbor because it was just too good not to tell someone about.

This was great. I liked the crunch of the vegetables, good texture contrast. As I watched Paula make it I knew this was going to be a keeper. I would watch the cooking time, follow her directions, don't over do it, the mayo will seperate, I made it twice I over cooked the first one (dahhh that's what directions are for! Great for a ladies luncheon!

I liked this one, and I liked that the onions (I left out the peppers were still a little crunchy. Although it was a little on the salty side, maybe a little less mayo next time. This would be great for a pot luck dinner. NOT good as a left over, though.

This was pretty good for seafood lovers. I'm not a huge fan, but do like it. All the seafood lovers at work loved it and wanted the recipe.

This recipe was great, but we realized that it was not a good meal for dinner. I think it might be a nice addition to a dinner buffet, but not as dinner alone.
