I found this casserole to be dry & disheartening. I had so looked forward to eating it bus was saddly disappointed. I threw the recipe away & do not plan on ever fixing it again. So sorry!!!

We went to our daughter's house on Halloween and I brought this dish. My daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren LOVED it. My daughter asked me for the recipe. It was not too hard to make and well worth it. Paula did it again!!!

When I first read the recipe, I thought that it might be TOO simple, therefore short on flavor...NO WAY! It's a terrific dish for potlucks or an easy family dinner!

I reserve 4-stars for dishes that are incredibly superlative. This is merely wonderful. Since I cook for only two people, I made this in three loaf-sized pans. Froze two of them. What a nice meal to come home to without having to fuss over dinner!

Made this last night and found it very tasty. Will make again and enjoy leftovers . Home made sauce definitely does require some work and time-- not sure if you could get away with store bought or not (as some reviewers have done and get the same flavor. Sauce is quite good!

Did I say "WOW"? Paula has done it again. Please my family, that is. I thought I'd tried baked spaghetti before. After all, how good could it be? But, this recipe is divine. I made things easy on myself and did use a jar of spaghetti sauce. Put it together in a snap. It also keeps well and is even better (as others have said the next day, if it lasts that long. Be sure to use the cheddar and jack cheese to achieve the flavor we're all raving about. As for the sauce, take a short-cut if you must and use your favorite store brand. This one goes in our permanent family favorites cookbook.

I made this ahead of time and kept it in the freezer for a couple of weeks before thawing and reheating it. It was still wonderful. It is worth the time to make this. The only thing I did differently was to add a little more cheese.
