This was a very easy and delicious dish. The hubby and both kids, even my very picky 10yr old, all loved it. I will definitely make it again and will experiment with other cheeses and sausage with the ground beef.

I made this tonight after seeing it in food network magazine. WOW! I added garlic cheese sausage to change it up a bit. I am looking forward to Bobby's lower fat version to do my own food network challenge. Although my husband gave it a "10" and does not want me to change it at all!

Yum! I just made this for our family and all but one square was gone by the end of dinner. Even my picky 3-year-old asked for seconds. I was quick to make the leftovers for lunch the next day and it tasted even better after sitting in the fridge overnight. It does take a while, but at least you don't have to babysit it for the full 2+ hours.

One note - I got distracted and didn't read the layering directions properly and ended with the cheese over the noodles. Once I realized my mistake, I just threw some tinfoil over the top (tented it so the cheese wouldn't stick and it turned out just fine. I think the cheese saved the noodles from getting crispy. It also added a really yummy cheesy/noodley topping to it. I guess it's good to make mistakes sometimes.

The dish is delicious. I do add extra sauce and pasta. I also use Pepper Jack cheese with Jalepanos. Everybody loves it!

Delicious! Next time I would make 1 1/2 times the sauce so there will be some left to dip garlic bread in. Other than that it was very tasty and simple!
