I had never had sweet potato fries before and I loved 'em! This is a great recipe and I will make them again and again!

I have been looking for a good baked sweet potato fry recipe for a while, but I haven't been able to find one that actually produced crispy fries and this one was no exception. The flavor was fantastic (I never would've thought of seasoning sweet potatoes with garlic powder...Gotta love Paula's "House Seasoning", but they weren't very crispy at all. I'm beginning to think that there is no such thing as a baked sweet potato fry that's crispy, but these had such a nice flavor that I honestly didn't mind the floppiness.

We were so excited to try these after having sweet potato fries at a restaurant in Arizona. The flavor was good, but they were ultra-limp...I tried everything, including broiling, to get them to get a little crunch going. Next time we'll fry them.

I am yet to find a great sweet potato fries recipe. These were limp, not crunchy at all. Will definitely not make them again.

These had no body whatsoever. They were very, very floppy. The taste was okay, but just that--okay.
