I had tried so many recipes for sweet potato fries and didn't think I'd ever find one I liked....until this one. This recipe is so easy and tasty.....and not sweet. I suppose you could try a little brown sugar melted into the butter but they're so good this way, I could eat them every day!

Yummy, but a little too buttery. Icooked a little longer and tossed in 3, sliced/fresh jalapeno's about half way through just to try something different (and because I have a lot of jalapeno's coming out of my garden right now. VERY tasty compliment if you like spicy/sweet. Served with grilled, marinated Coho salmon and a simple salad. My husband said, "I could eat this meal once a week for the rest of my life!" Next time, I'll probably cut the butter back as one other reviewer suggested to make it a little healthier, or just toss them in some canola oil.

I had to bake it for 20 minutes longer than the suggested time, but it still turned out wonderfully!

I never expected that they would be crispy, and they weren't. They were amazing and delicious, a definite repeat.

They were very flavorful, but I had to cook them a little longer than the recipe indicated. Definitely will try to make them again, however, maybe sliced thinner and top off with them being broiled for a minute to add a little crispiness!
