Great, simple side dish! Cut recipe in half and used Canola oil (small amt. just to coat potatoes instead of butter. Cut into smaller wedges as previous reviewer had suggested. Cut salt and pepper amts. Sprinkled with cinnamon. It was delish! Came out crispier when sliced thinner.

This was a very quick and easy recipe to make. I was so excited to have all the ingredients that I put everything (butter, cinammon, salt and pepper into the pot, then poured it over the potatoes. My husband loved them, the only comment being that he'd like them crispier. Nothing that slicing them thinner and baking a little longer can't fix. We ate the whole batch!

My husband just made these for lunch and the taste was delicious. We were only a little disappointed because they didnt get crunchy. Does anyone know why?

I just tried out this recipe. Very good. I will diffidently make it again, only thing I did a little different is sprinkled a little bit of sugar over the potatoes. Wow, so good! Thank you Paula!

These are DELICIOUS! I love sweet potatoes but I'm not sure I've ever had them without sugar. I was afraid I wouldn't like them since I am not a fan of cinnamon. However, these were so good! My kids even ate them!

OMG. I may never eat sweet potatoes any other way. These were amazing. I floated a cinnamon stick in the butter as it melted and then salt and peppered. These were AMAZING! Paired with Elie Krieger's pork tenderloin and Alton Brown's Waldorf salad. Made a simple pan sauce. Everyone had seconds.
