Great recipe for tilapia! The person complaining about excess water probably used frozen fish - I did too and as with all frozen fish it is very important to thaw the fish completely and also dry it with paper towels before preparation. I also put a thin layer of bread crumbs on the bottom of the pan and laid the fish over that so it can absorb any leftover fluid. And for the baking time, 25 mins tops - the tomatoes release too much water if you bake it longer! It was delicious, highly recommended!

This is very easy and tasty. I made this for my husband who does nto like fish and he asks me to make it now. It is very healthy and tasty- highly reccommend. We have a herb garden with basil and we use a bunch with this recipe.

I watched the show and had talapia in the freezer. The next day I made it chopping the onions and the tomatoes as per other reviews. It turned out amazing and we have it atlease once a week or every two weeks. Got to get that brain food ya'll.
    Sincerely, Laurie

I loved this dish. I changed it a little bit. I used canned tomatoes bits and added just a little white wine to the oil in cooking I didn't use all of the olive oil - just a spoon full for over the fish and another spoon full for the tomatoes. This is a keeper.

I do not think this recipe should have been rated a 5. The fish was floating in liquid from the fish being thin, and all the tomatoes. It had good taste but was mushy
