This is so yummy. The seasonings almost make a slight breading. Instead of using a fresh tomato, it works to open a can of diced tomatoes and spooning out some tomato chunks (no juice over the fish.

I loved it!!!! i didn't have basil so I substitute with rosemary leaves... and it was great, i only used 2 tablespoons of olive oil... didn't want my fish swimming in it...very easy!

Very easy and very tasty!! And easy 'show-off' dish that looks much more fancier that it was to make!
The basil is the key to this dish!

Oh so good! Fairly easy and yummy yummy! I used fresh basil but just used oregano from the spice cabinet. Also, you could probably use a little less olive oil than what it calls for, I found my fish were somewhat swimming in it but it wasn't really a big issue. Amazing recipe to use for company, I doubled it very easily!

Yummy & easy & fast. Should have made a full portion for my 5-year old granddaughter - who ate more than her share. I made a paste of the salt, pepper, basil, onion powder, garlic and 2 Tbsp oil. Not an oregano fan, so left it out. Will make again soon.

This was by far my favorite Tilapia recipe ever! Easy, delicious, colorful and to top that off, my 7 year old boy said, "Thank you Paula Deen!" Yes and I thank you, too!
