    I think hands-down this is one of the "best dishes" I have had in a long time. I used fresh tomatoes, basil and oregano out of my garden and. it was wonderful!!

    Normally I am not a big fresh fish type person, but this was a great dish! So simple and had so much flavor! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone!!

    So Easy and So Delicious! Everyone in my family loves this. Even my 11 month old. Thanks Paula. Prior to this, most of my attempts at cooking fish have been unsuccessful.

    tasty, my husband and I love talapia; normally I pan fry it simple but I'm trying to incorporate more veg. in my diet so this recipie is a great way to do that. Does anyone know if you can cook talapia with it's skin on? It seems to be cheaper to buy that way.
