This was very quick and easy. I found a side of grilled asparagus, lightly seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil as well as rice pilaf along with a glass of Chardonnay made for a balanced complete meal and a palette pleaser.

Turned out alot better than I expected since it was such a simple dish. I didnt add the oregano because I'm not a fan of oregano. The tomato and basil gave it a good flavor. I will definitely make again.

This turned out pretty good. I used 4oz fillet's so i had to cut the cooking time in half, so for the last couple minutes I turned on the broiler and moved the pan to the top rack in the oven ot cook the tomatoes. I didn't love it, but it was good. Maybe next time I will put in some parmesean or mozzerella cheese.

This is so easy to make and tastey too! i'm a college student so it's super easy to just pull some frozen tilapia out of the freezer, defrost it in cold water, and then make this dish. I think i've made it four times now and i just love it. :
