I am not much of a fish lover but do tolerate Tilapia. I made this and was happily pleased. It is so simple a dumby could make it.The flavor was absolutely wonderful. This recipe is definitely a keeper. KimSu

I made this dish a few days ago and it was absolutely delicious! I didn't use fresh herbs but the dried worked just as well. I made it with Paula's recipe for homemade tartar sauce and served the fish on french bread with lettuce to make sandwiches. Everyone in the family loved it! I will definitely be making this again soon!

Really easy, simple, and flavorful. My friend loooooved this, said it was the best thing I've ever made. I made it with a side of steamed broccoli for a healthy meal.
I love the flavors of basil, tomatoes and garlic, so I knew I couldn't go wrong, but it was better than expected. Thanks, Paula!

This is a simply delicious recipe, and you can get it onto the table quickly after a workday. I used dried minced onion instead of the onion powder, and they hydrated well during cooking. I also used dried herbs, since I didn't have fresh on-hand. I look forward to using fresh herbs next time!

My husband and just started to eat fish and well I've never made fish before. This recipe was so easy and it turned out really good. We had a spinach salad, and some Uncle Ben's Wild Rice to go along with it. It's definitely a recipe we will be making again.
