Super easy to make. The cake itself is hand mixed--and the cream cheese frosting is yummy.

This cake is a great use of overripe bananas. Even at high altitude (9,000 ft it came out moist and delicious. The only changes I made were to add a little nutmeg and allspice (1 teaspoon each and cut down the amount of confectioners sugar in the frosting to make it less sweet. My husband and friends raved about it at dinner (and had it for breakfast again the next morning -- always a good sign.

This cake came out perfect...and I hate to bake! It was so moist and is the perfect dessert for people that don't have a sweet tooth.

I made this cake tonight as I wanted to use the extra cream cheese in the fridge. I found it to be so simple to make & it really is a very good cake. I varied the recipe as well by using cake flour in lieu of all purpose and included some coconut in the cake & on the frosting. I do recommend it.
