This was a big winner with my family. Baking a perfectly round brownine of that size was a challenge, but the rest was a piece of cake. Beware, you must each this within a day or two as it starts to get mushy.

This dessert recieved rave reviews at my house party. I did make a few changes. I diced some Dole's tropical fruit and added it to the crushed pineapple. I also used 2 cream cheese pkgs. My toppings consisted of strawberries, banana, mandarin oranges and fresh blackberries. I sprinkled some crushed nuts on top. To finish it off, I drizzled some hot fudge on the finished product. Fantastic!!!

We made this delicious treat for a recent barbeque we had! Everyone Raved about it all night long. It was fantastic... The only change we made to it was we drizzled chocolate sauce in one direction and strawberry sauce in the other for a little contrast... It was AWESOME!!! And oh my goodness was it easy... I highly recommend this fantabulous desert treat!

This was so good the first time that I made a second one for a party the next night! The only comment is that I think the recipe needs 8 oz of cream cheese, not 18. Eight ounces worked well, and was definitely enough to cover the brownie. Very quick and easy, and it looks very impressive.

This has got to be one of the easiest ways to get kids to eat some of their fruits, and that, in itself, if a feat that most moms would like, in my opinion to conqure. And it's delicious to boot.
